About the role#
The Sales Management Trainee program is an 18 to 24 month initiative designed to provide comprehensive training in sales management, finance, operations, human resources, and marketing. You will support local and regional management by taking on operational and administrative tasks across all aspects of the business unit. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Anjou, Quebec.
What you'll do#
- Manage sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
- Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
- Maintain accurate data within the company marketing database.
- Oversee rental asset processes, including vehicle cleanliness and preventative maintenance standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the existing customer base.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- At least one year of customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Anjou, Quebec.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Benefits: Includes 10 days of paid time off upon hire, health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, retirement plans, and an employee stock discount.
