About the role#
We are hiring an R&D Formulation Intern to join our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role allows you to apply your academic knowledge to current projects while gaining a better understanding of how different departments contribute to our organization. You will participate in business meetings and gain exposure to professional problem solving.
What you'll do#
- Apply your knowledge to active Ryder projects.
- Develop a corporate business sense by learning how various departments function.
- Participate in business meetings and project work.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have already earned a Bachelor's degree.
- We look for students in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- You need intermediate skills in Windows, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with management and customers.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Provo, Utah.
- The role is on-site.
- This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week.
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.
