About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to operations, client service, and transaction processing within the financial services industry. You will join a structured 10-week summer program designed to build a foundation for your career through mentorship, training, and direct project work.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day processing activities across Enterprise Client Operations functions.
- Work on assigned special projects with a focus on time management, accuracy, and quality results.
- Communicate information clearly to ensure updates and deliverables are accurate.
- Participate in team meetings to learn how your assigned department supports the broader business.
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks to build experience in operations and client service.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Expected graduation date in Spring 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 and good academic standing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
- The position is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The work model is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
