About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technology delivery. You will support initiatives related to operational efficiency, project coordination, and technology modernization. This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience in a financial services environment, including mentorship, training, and exposure to Agile delivery practices.
What you'll do#
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs, operational requirements, and project objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify interdependencies.
- Support Agile delivery through status tracking, dependency coordination, and testing.
- Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends and develop insights.
- Maintain process documentation, workflow summaries, and project artifacts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Business & Technology Management.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
- Foundational understanding of business analysis, data analysis, or technology delivery through coursework or previous experience.
