About the role#
As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will help strengthen the infrastructure behind our growing commercial organization. You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business partners while learning how a high-growth company builds and scales its go-to-market engine.
What you'll do#
- Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and trust in reporting.
- Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting by identifying trends in stage movement, aging, coverage, and conversion.
- Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs to help sales teams prioritize prospects and whitespace opportunities.
- Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing, handoffs, opportunity stages, and follow-up workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by tracking milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.
- Create practical dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders.
- Identify repetitive work and evaluate automation or AI-enabled ways to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work carefully with data.
- Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and a willingness to investigate problems and learn new tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn analysis into a concise recommendation.
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams in an environment that can be ambiguous.
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation is helpful.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in South San Francisco, California.
- The internship term is Winter 2027 (January 2027 to April 2027).
- This position is paid at a rate of $40 per hour.
