Student Branch Associate

About the role#

As a Student Branch Associate, you will serve as the face of the branch, delivering professional customer service while ensuring shipment accuracy and compliance. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing e-commerce environment. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you build your skills and professional confidence.

What you'll do#

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Process and sort shipments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
• Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education, or returning to school in the fall.
• Minimum 15 years of age.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
• Residency in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, or Quebec during the term of employment.
• Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
• Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or Public Health.
