About the role#
As a Student Branch Associate, you will serve as the face of the branch, delivering professional customer service while ensuring shipment accuracy and compliance. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing e-commerce environment. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you build your skills and professional confidence.
What you'll do#
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
- Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education, or returning to school in the fall.
- Minimum 15 years of age.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Residency in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, or Quebec during the term of employment.
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or Public Health.
