Branch Associate

About the role#

As a Branch Associate, you will serve as the face of the company, providing professional service while ensuring shipment accuracy. This role is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a logistics environment. You will work across branch and hub operations, contributing to a clean and efficient workspace.

What you'll do#

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Process and sort shipments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
• Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduated within the past six months.
• Minimum 15 years of age.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
• Residency in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, or Quebec during the term of employment.
• Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
• Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications.
