About the role#
As a Branch Associate, you are the face of our branch. You will deliver professional service to our customers while ensuring shipments are processed accurately. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you build your skills and gain experience in a logistics environment. This is a part-time role for students or recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments with high accuracy.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
- Help with additional projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduation within the past six months.
- Minimum age of 15 years old.
- Residency in BC, ON, AB, or QC during your employment.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
