About the role#
As a Branch Associate, you serve as the face of the company, providing professional service to customers while ensuring shipment accuracy. This role offers hands-on experience in a logistics environment, with support provided to help you build skills and confidence in your work.
What you'll do#
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
- Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduation within the past six months.
- Minimum age of 15 years old.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
- Residency in BC, ON, AB, or QC during the term of employment.
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
