About the role#
This is a Health, Safety and Environment internship for returning interns. You will join a team focused on delivering high performance in safety, health, and environmental standards. This is a full-time, paid position that requires the ability to work in both domestic and international locations.
What you'll do#
Your responsibilities will vary based on your specific focus area within the team. You will support the organization by:
- Advising on environmental and safety regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Developing and implementing procedures, guidelines, and training programs.
- Conducting safety inspections, audits, and exposure assessments.
- Evaluating and addressing ergonomic risks.
- Identifying waste management solutions and assessing site remediation plans.
- Compiling emissions estimates and conducting reduction studies.
- Developing environmental impact and control technology assessments.
What you'll need#
We are looking for candidates pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in the following fields:
- Industrial Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Public Health.
- Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with an environmental emphasis).
- Environmental Sciences (master’s or PhD preferred).
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Compensation: $24.25 - $37.50 per hour, depending on discipline, degree level, and academic year.
