About the role#
Chatham University is seeking a Summer Student Employee to support the Sports Information department. This position involves assisting with operations at UPMC Graham Field and managing administrative tasks to support athletics communications.
What you'll do#
- Assist with UPMC Graham Field operations throughout the summer.
- Maintain and update the department website and record books.
- Manage and contribute to social media accounts.
- Track work hours to ensure compliance with student employment limitations.
- Coordinate with other campus managers if holding concurrent student positions.
What you'll need#
- Interest in sports information and athletics.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and website maintenance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Media Studies, or Marketing.
