About the role#
Chatham University is seeking a Summer Student Employee to join the Sports Information team. This role involves supporting operations at UPMC Graham Field and assisting with administrative tasks to maintain athletic records and digital presence.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily operations at UPMC Graham Field.
- Maintain and update the athletic website and record books.
- Manage and create content for social media accounts.
- Coordinate with other campus managers if holding concurrent student jobs.
- Adhere to work hour limitations, including a maximum of 980 hours per calendar year.
What you'll need#
- Interest in sports information and athletics.
- Experience managing social media platforms and maintaining websites.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities.

- Current enrollment as a student at Chatham University.
