Summer Student Employee - Sports Information

About the role#

Chatham University is seeking a Summer Student Employee to support the Sports Information department. This position involves assisting with operations at UPMC Graham Field and managing administrative tasks to support athletics communications.

What you'll do#

• Assist with UPMC Graham Field operations throughout the summer.
• Maintain and update the department website and record books.
• Manage and contribute to social media accounts.
• Track work hours to ensure compliance with student employment limitations.
• Coordinate with other campus managers if holding concurrent student positions.

What you'll need#

• Interest in sports information and athletics.
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and website maintenance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Media Studies, or Marketing.
