About the role#
The Office of Student Affairs is seeking a student worker to provide front desk support. This position offers an opportunity to gain professional experience within a university setting while assisting with the daily operations of the department.
What you'll do#
- Provide front desk support for the Office of Student Affairs.
- Engage in ID processes and assist with administrative tasks.
- Support event planning initiatives and participate in marketing activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Gain experience with budget management.
What you'll need#
- A mature and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in event planning.
- Demonstrated budget management skills.
- Current enrollment as a student, with preference for majors in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
