About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside our Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams. This program offers exposure to client service, sales, and various business operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data.
- Assist in the claims processing workflow.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Engage in volunteer initiatives, social activities, and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
