About the role#
Chatham University is seeking a Student Employee for the Sports Information department. This role offers the opportunity to support Chatham Athletics events through a variety of operational tasks. This is a paid, on-site position with rolling availability.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the execution of Chatham Athletics events.
- Perform stat calling during live games.
- Manage game-day audio by playing music.
- Operate videoboard graphics.
- Run camera equipment.
- Complete various additional support tasks as needed during events.
What you'll need#
- An interest in sports and event management.
- A willingness to work at Chatham Athletics events.
- The ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Current enrollment as a student, with preference for those studying Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Note: Students are limited to a maximum of 20 hours of work per week across all campus positions during the academic year and may not exceed 980 hours per calendar year. Employment does not automatically roll over to subsequent academic terms.
