About the role#
The Department of Health and Human Performance is hiring Graduate Assistants to support faculty teaching in the Exercise Science and Health & Wellness majors, as well as the Exercise Science and Nutrition minors. This is a paid position for current students.
What you'll do#
- Support class delivery for department faculty.
- Assist in setting up and running labs.
- Organize and conduct review sessions.
- Meet with students individually and in groups.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the courses taught in the department.
- Current student status at the university.
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year.
Location & details#
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This role does not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
- Students must manage their total hours across all campus jobs to stay within the 20-hour weekly limit.
