About the role#
Chatham University is seeking a Summer Student Employee to support the Sports Information Department. This position assists with preparations for the upcoming fall sports season through office administration and digital management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare the Sports Information Department for the fall sports season.
- Update the department website, including rosters and schedules.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting to the NCAA and PAC.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a student employee at the university.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management and website updates.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Familiarity with NCAA and PAC reporting requirements.
- Requirement to notify other campus managers if holding multiple positions.

- Note: Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
