Summer Student Employee - Sports Information

About the role#

This is a paid summer student position assisting the Sports Information Department in preparing for the upcoming fall sports season. This role involves office-based administrative work and digital content management.

What you'll do#

• Prepare the department for the fall sports season through administrative support.
• Update website content, team rosters, and athletic schedules.
• Manage departmental social media accounts.
• Handle reporting requirements for the NCAA and PAC.

What you'll need#

• Must be a current student employee at Chatham University.
• Experience with website updates and social media management.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Familiarity with NCAA and PAC reporting standards.

• Note: Students must notify other campus managers if holding multiple positions. Total hours across all campus jobs may not exceed 20 hours per week during the academic year, with a maximum of 980 hours per calendar year.
