About the role#
This is a paid summer student position assisting the Sports Information Department in preparing for the upcoming fall sports season. This role involves office-based administrative work and digital content management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare the department for the fall sports season through administrative support.
- Update website content, team rosters, and athletic schedules.
- Manage departmental social media accounts.
- Handle reporting requirements for the NCAA and PAC.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student employee at Chatham University.
- Experience with website updates and social media management.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Familiarity with NCAA and PAC reporting standards.

- Note: Students must notify other campus managers if holding multiple positions. Total hours across all campus jobs may not exceed 20 hours per week during the academic year, with a maximum of 980 hours per calendar year.
