About the role#
The Financial Service & Support Internship provides students with foundational experience in client service and operational support. You will work within the Investor Services Client Service & Support division, helping the team deliver professional service to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries and research account information.
- Document actions accurately to maintain high standards of service.
- Support issue resolution efforts by following established processes and escalation procedures.
- Participate in professional development programming, networking opportunities, and learning activities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have the ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures quickly.
- You show strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- You can follow structured processes, identify next steps, and escalate issues when necessary.
- You demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a commitment to completing your assignments.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
