About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your business and finance knowledge to real-world scenarios within our retail banking segment. This program provides practical, on-the-job experience while working alongside professionals in the financial services industry. You will interact with various business partners, including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking, while gaining exposure to retail leadership.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening.
- Observe Branch Managers or Business Development Officers during outside business calls.
- Attend and observe Workplace Banking presentations.
- Complete project assignments in conjunction with your rotations.
- Participate in scheduled intern training and corporate events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work on-site.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
