About the role#
This internship provides a look into the Small Business banking segment at F.N.B. Corporation. You will explore sales strategy and consultative selling while working across various departments. The program offers hands-on experience in the financial services industry, allowing you to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios. You will work with business leaders and professionals on projects, attend corporate training, and participate in networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Small Business credit and conversation training.
- Work with sales teams, portfolio managers, and credit underwriters to manage the small business credit portfolio.
- Shadow Business Development Officers and partners during outside business calls.
- Interact with partners in Merchant Services, Treasury Management, and Wealth/Brokerage.
- Complete assigned projects in conjunction with departmental rotations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
