On-site Fall 2026 Internship - IT, Business Analyst

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to support IT and business analysis initiatives at Centric Brands. Participants will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate business systems, develop technical solutions, and contribute to operational improvements through data analysis and automation. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 20-35 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Analyze and document current business systems, workflows, and process architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to evaluate requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement reporting, automation, and AI-based solutions to support business objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders in a professional manner.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026).
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
• Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts, AI-driven automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Programming experience in one or more modern languages, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location & details#

• Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (Early September through December).
• Commitment: Part-time, 20-35 hours per week.
