About the role#
This is a paid, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 term based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Interns will work 20 to 35 hours per week from early September through December 2026. This program provides an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and mentors to develop a foundation in IT and business analysis within the retail apparel and fashion industry.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and document current business systems, workflows, and process architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to evaluate requirements and develop practical solution recommendations.
- Design, develop, and implement reporting, automation, and AI-based solutions that improve operational performance and support business objectives.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026).
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
- Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts, AI-driven automation, and emerging AI technologies.
- Programming experience in one or more modern languages with the ability to troubleshoot automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
