About the role#
The Accounts Receivable Intern will gain hands-on experience in financial operations by supporting the Finance team in Credit, Collections, or Cash Application. This role provides exposure to SAP, a leading enterprise resource planning system, while building a foundation in financial reporting and customer account management.
What you'll do#
- Support daily Accounts Receivable activities, including Credit, Collections, and Cash Application.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer account information using SAP.
- Assist with data entry and the processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP to support financial analysis.
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with account reconciliations and the research of discrepancies.
- Support collections and cash application activities, including payment processing and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on process improvements and departmental initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Junior or Senior, or status as a recent graduate (Spring 2026).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and financial concepts.

- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Term: Fall 2026 (early September through December).
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
