About the role#
The Business & Data Support Intern will assist the Operations team with the entry and maintenance of business information within SAP and other enterprise systems. This role provides hands-on experience with order processing, material setup, and daily operational tasks. You will work alongside teams in Sales, Production, and Customer Service to ensure accurate record-keeping and support process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Enter and update material, sales order, and purchase order information in SAP.
- Prepare SAP forms and documentation for new materials and order processing.
- Verify data accuracy and correct routine entry errors.
- Update customer and product information across business systems.
- Prepare work orders and operational documentation.
- Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status as a Junior or Senior, or status as a Spring 2026 graduate.
- Bachelor's degree pursuit in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn SAP and other enterprise business systems.
Location & details#
- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (Early September through December 2026).
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
