On-site Fall 2026 Internship - Business & Data Support

About the role#

The Business & Data Support Intern will assist the Operations team with the entry and maintenance of business information within SAP and other enterprise systems. This role provides hands-on experience in order processing, material setup, and daily operational activities. The intern will work closely with Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams to support administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Enter and update material, sales order (SO), and purchase order (PO) information in SAP.
• Prepare SAP forms and documentation for new materials and order processing.
• Verify data accuracy and correct routine data entry errors.
• Update customer and product information within SAP and other business systems.
• Prepare work orders and operational documentation.
• Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn SAP and other enterprise business systems.

Location & details#

• Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (Early September through December 2026).
• Schedule: Part-time, 20-35 hours per week.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
