About the role#
The Inventory & Returns internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and process improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to support daily business objectives and participate in initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency. This program includes mentorship for professional development and exposure to the logistics behind a global lifestyle brand collective.
What you'll do#
- Process product returns for various business divisions to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as basic adjustments, cut pick ticket processing, and reconciliation of variances.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through reporting and EDI transactions.
- Review and evaluate existing Standard Operating Procedures to recommend improvements for clarity and effectiveness.
- Use Microsoft Excel and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, support operational decision-making, and improve workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Spring 2026 graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly while working in a collaborative team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (early September through December).
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
