About the role#
The Chargeback Compliance Intern will support the team with day-to-day activities related to customer chargebacks, deductions, and account reconciliation. This role offers hands-on experience in retail compliance, supply chain operations, and financial processes. You will work alongside experienced team members to research chargebacks, maintain accurate documentation, and support the timely resolution of customer deductions.
What you'll do#
- Send Proofs of Delivery and supporting documentation to customers for chargeback resolution.
- Track customer paybacks and deductions within internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain factory and warehouse reports by reviewing data and identifying discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to analyze data and support compliance management.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Junior or Senior, or status as a Spring 2026 graduate.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (Early September through December 2026).
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
