On-site Fall 2026 Internship - Chargeback Compliance

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience in retail compliance, supply chain operations, and financial processes. Working alongside experienced team members, you will support the Chargeback Compliance team with day-to-day activities related to customer chargebacks, deductions, and account reconciliation. The program runs from early September through December 2026.

What you'll do#

• Support the Chargeback Compliance team with daily activities related to customer chargebacks and deductions.
• Assist with sending Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and supporting documentation to customers for chargeback resolution.
• Prepare and maintain factory and warehouse reports to support chargeback analysis and operational performance.
• Review data, identify discrepancies, and support follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams on operational tasks.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance and operational efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or a Spring 2026 graduate.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Location & details#

• Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (Early September through December).
• Schedule: Part-time, 20-35 hours per week.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
