About the role#
The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Office (COO) Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week professional program. It provides an immersive experience to understand the company operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. You will work within Business Services to support the execution of a streamlined approach for individual business units and the enterprise. The program includes relationship building, work assignments, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
What you'll do#
- Support business and financial planning processes, including headcount tracking, expense management, and performance reporting.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, regulatory readiness, and risk and control programs.
- Perform data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and internal analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Assist with the preparation of executive presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Political Science.
- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets.
- Relevant internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
