About the role#
This internship provides an entry point into Professional Services. You will work under the guidance of a mentor or senior team member to support project management tasks and internal operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct internal project transitions using provided meeting templates.
- Manage add-on projects for existing clients.
- Modify project plans and outline scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Publish summaries of key dates and project issues to internal teams.
- Perform Contract Routing Team duties, including initiating new contract setup requests.
- Monitor project progress and notify relevant parties of schedule changes.
- Gather client feedback on project status and service quality.
- Communicate milestone completions to clients and secure formal acceptance.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in learning project management skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to solve problems and present solutions with guidance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Locations: Lawrenceville, Georgia; Lakewood, Colorado; or Lubbock, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Hiring occurs on a rolling basis.
