About the role#
Centerstone is looking for a Master Level Intern to support our outpatient clinic in Fort Myers. This role is for students currently completing their graduate degree requirements. You will work with a diverse group of clients across all ages, providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct initial client assessments.
- Maintain and update clinical treatment plans.
- Complete necessary clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, and virtual channels.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in a Master's program for professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
- Status as a student in good standing with your academic institution.
- Previous experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

- Location: Fort Myers, Florida.
- Modality: This is an on-site, part-time internship.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship position.
- Schedule: No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
