You will work on strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance, operational efficiency, and the overall experience for our members, providers, and employees. This role allows you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects involving project management, process improvement, business analysis, and operational excellence.
- Assist with workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management.
- Attend training and development presentations to build professional competencies.
- Explore various career paths and job functions within the Managed Care industry.
- Perform other assigned duties and comply with all company policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or related areas.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote internship for the Summer 2027 term.
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour.
