About the role#
Labcorp is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join the IT Operations Instrument Configuration team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work 40 hours per week from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the CLS Full Lab IT Audit.
- Support the Indianapolis Lab move project.
- Gain exposure to laboratory system deployment and onboarding processes.
- Participate in professional development sessions and enterprise-wide learning experiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Business, or Life Science.
- An interest in chemistry, biology, or related lab sciences.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
- Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct.
