About the role#
Labcorp is seeking a User Experience Design Intern to join our Digital Experience and Design team. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work remotely for 12 weeks, from May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027. This role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Partner with design, user research, and product management teams to improve user experiences.
- Contribute design concepts based on business needs and research.
- Assist in planning and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to define the customer journey.
- Communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Graphic Design, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
- 3-6 months of experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- 3-6 months of experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
