About the role#
This 10-week internship program provides students with an immersive experience in our Ready-Mix division. You will gain exposure to core functions including cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management. This is a full-time, on-site role starting in May.
What you'll do#
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
- Engage in project-based work to solve real-world problems within Ready-Mix operations.
- Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and continuous learning.
- Present project outcomes to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with peers and professionals to gain industry perspective.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- At least junior year standing.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5, with a preference for 3.0 or higher.
- Previous experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or university projects.

- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Work Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid, full-time position. We do not provide sponsorship.
