About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides hands-on experience within the Aggregate division. You will work on core functions including mine planning, process improvements, quality and reliability, inventory maintenance, and data management. You will work alongside experienced professionals to solve real-world problems and gain a comprehensive view of aggregate operations.

What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- At least junior year standing.
- A GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Previous experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or university projects.
