About the role#
This internship provides an immersive experience within the Cemex Cement division. You will work on-site for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027. The program covers core functions including manufacturing, process improvements, quality, reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management.

What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Mining, or Materials Science Engineering.
- At least junior year standing.
- A GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Clinchfield, Georgia.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: On-site, including a mix of office and field work.
- Term: Summer 2027.
