About the role#
This 10-week internship program provides hands-on experience within the Cement division. You will work across core functions including manufacturing, process improvement, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management. This is a full-time role designed to help you gain a deep understanding of operations in the building materials industry.

What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Mining, or Materials Science Engineering.
- At least junior year standing.
- A GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry is preferred.
