About the role#
This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience within our Ready-Mix division. You will gain exposure to core functions such as cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management. This is a paid, full-time program designed to help you develop technical and professional skills through real-world projects.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least junior year standing.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Concrete Industry Management, or Construction Management.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Previous experience from internships, co-op programs, or relevant university projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Cantonment, Florida.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
- Program terms: Summer 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Environment: You will work in a mix of office and outdoor settings.
