About the role#
This 10-week internship program provides hands-on experience in our Ready-Mix division. You will gain exposure to core functions including cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management. This is a full-time, on-site role.

What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- At least junior year standing.
- GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or university projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Medley, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Environment: A mix of office and fieldwork with exposure to varying environmental conditions.
