About the role#
This Business Operations internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment. You will support our leadership team and handle daily office operations. This is a paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, mail delivery, and FedEx coordination.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and provide receptionist coverage.
- Assist with guest and visitor support and process expense reports.
- Create and update business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Help with regional administrative projects and office priorities.
- Answer questions from clients and internal staff in a professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, specifically in business, communications, or a related field.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience or comfort using AI tools like Copilot.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Fairborn, Ohio.
- Modality: Hybrid, with at least three days per week onsite.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours, in blocks of at least two hours. Some evening or Saturday work may be required as needed.
- Physical requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
