About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our team in Mayfield Village for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position designed for students currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field. You will gain hands-on experience supporting our leadership team and managing daily office operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to leadership and stakeholders, including copying, scanning, and mail coordination.
- Manage office logistics such as calendar scheduling, meeting preparation, and visitor support.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with regional special projects and office priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring inquiries are directed to the right resources.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Location & details#
- Location: Mayfield Village, Ohio.
- Work Modality: This role requires you to work on-site at least three days per week.
- Schedule: You must be available for at least 20 hours per week during core business hours, with shifts in blocks of at least two hours. Occasional work outside these hours, including evenings or Saturdays, may be required.
