About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This paid position provides hands-on experience in a professional office environment. You will support our leadership team and handle daily operations that keep our office running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, and mail delivery.
- Manage office logistics like FedEx coordination and general facility support.
- Assist with calendar management, meeting preparation, and expense report processing.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and visitors.
- Create and update business documents in Microsoft Office.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Work on regional administrative projects and office priorities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- You have technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
- You have a high level of attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- You can multi-task and work independently within a team.
- You are able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- You must be able to work onsite at least three days per week.
- The schedule requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours.
- You should be able to work in blocks of at least two hours throughout the week.
- Occasional evening or Saturday hours may be required.
