About the role#
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This role focuses on training and talent development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience by helping to develop and coordinate employee training programs while supporting broader HR functions. The ideal candidate wants to work with people, helping to support their professional development and career goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, schedules, and documentation.
- Help track employee training progress and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to identify workforce development and support needs.
- Participate in organizing training sessions, conferences, and learning events.
- Conduct research on best practices in industrial training and workforce development.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student or upperclassman (Junior/Senior) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Curricular or Program Design and Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to human resources, education, training, or coaching coursework is helpful.
- Experience creating educational content, facilitating learning sessions, or supporting onboarding programs is a plus.
