About the role#
As a Resident Coordination Intern, you will support our apartment community by delivering customer service and helping manage leasing operations. You will work to maintain occupancy levels by assisting current residents and helping prospective clients find their new homes. This role requires you to live on a designated floor within the community.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer service ambassador for residents and guests.
- Complete lease applications and maintain accurate file documentation.
- Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, and conduct tours of the community.
- Help plan and host community events.
- Participate in required company training programs.
- Assist with administrative front desk tasks and general community projects.
- Perform on-call duties such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
- Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to live on the designated community floor.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Majors in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing are preferred.

- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
