About the role#
Conference Marketing and Management Ushers act as a welcoming presence at Moody Bible Institute events. This is an occasional role rather than a weekly position. You will be invited to work shifts for events such as Commencement, Founder’s Week, and Candlelight Carols as they arise. You are not required to work every event.
What you'll do#
- Welcome guests at various campus events.
- Help guests find their seats or walk them to their location.
- Distribute event programs.
- Answer questions and provide directions to attendees.
- Screen guests, check tickets, and hand out parking or event passes.
- Collect offerings when required.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time, on-campus student at MBI or MTS.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- The ability to assist guests and provide clear directions.
- Comfort with screening guests and verifying tickets.

- This position is based on-site in the United States.
- This is a paid, part-time, and occasional role.
