About the role#
The Student Digital Content Assistant supports the creation and distribution of Spanish-language media for Moody Global Media. You will work with the Spanish Content team to manage production workflows, handle technical tasks, and ensure content reaches our audience effectively.
What you'll do#
- Produce audio and video content based on project specifications.
- Operate production and distribution platforms for digital media.
- Organize and maintain digital media files to ensure efficient access.
- Perform quality control checks on all content before it goes live.
- Monitor listener feedback, manage surveys, and handle correspondence.
- Assist with publishing tasks across podcasts, social media, and web platforms.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student on the Chicago campus.
- Spanish language proficiency at the ILR 4 or CEFR C1 level.
- Intermediate proficiency with industry-standard digital media software.
- A basic understanding of digital storytelling techniques.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preferred skills include graphic design, copywriting in English and Spanish, and familiarity with SEO, WordPress, or analytics tools.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- This is a paid, part-time role with rolling terms.
- Candidates must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work with standard media production equipment.
