About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support our efforts to maintain full occupancy through resident retention and leasing activities. You will act as a representative for our community, assisting prospective residents and managing administrative tasks. This role requires a professional attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
What you'll do#
- Complete lease applications and manage file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation according to company policy.
- Participate in the Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
- Help plan and execute community events.
- Keep the tour path clean to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with various community projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- A cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or Communications.

- This position is located in Morgantown, West Virginia.
- The role is on-site and paid.
- This is a part-time, rolling internship.
