About the role#
We are looking for an HR Coordinator Co-Op to support our Human Resources team. This position is a rolling co-op opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience in a corporate environment. You will work on-site at our New Bremen location.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
- Handle filing and data entry, ensuring all information in our databases is accurate.
- Greet visitors and assist the Welcome Center receptionist.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate HR staff.
- Help run and distribute internal reports.
- Assist with new hire orientation sessions.
- Support specific programs, including our paid time off system and employment verification processes.
- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work more than 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional office experience is preferred.
