Job Posting External Job Responsibilities: Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department. Filing Assist Welcome Center receptionist and greet visitors Assist with New Hire Orientation Receive and route incoming phone calls to Human Resources Run and distribute reports Input data into the Human Resources databases and review for accuracy Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown’s paid time off program and verification of employment Miscellaneous tasks as assigned Job Qualifications: Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Able to work more than 20 hours per week Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs. Professional office experience preferred Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
