About the role#
As a Data & Technology Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting teams that use data, analytics, and technology to drive business outcomes. You will work on a specific team for the duration of the summer, gaining exposure to functions such as data science, digital product development, and data strategy. Through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration, you will strengthen your technical and problem-solving skills while learning how these functions support a global investment management organization. High-performing associates may be considered for the full-time Data & Technology Rotational Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complex datasets and build reports or visualizations.
- Support digital product or data initiatives.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Help develop solutions that inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and networking opportunities throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in a quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, or information systems field.
- Foundational programming experience in languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Spark.
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively.
