About the role#
This is a 12-month student position based at the Canadian Natural Resources Limited head office in Calgary. The term begins in January 2027. The schedule includes a mix of part-time and full-time hours, with full-time work occurring from May through August and part-time hours during the remaining months. You will support various Office Services functions and gain experience in corporate operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily mailroom and reception duties.
- Help coordinate office activities and manage office moves.
- Support procurement and contract-related tasks.
- Conduct safety inspections and participate in various audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 2nd year or higher of a Business Administration or Commerce program.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Practical experience using the Microsoft Suite.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
