About the role#
As a Cloud and Collaboration Student, you will work with experienced professionals to support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure infrastructure. You will help improve service delivery, governance, and user adoption across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term based in Calgary.
What you'll do#
- Support Azure infrastructure and pilot projects.
- Assist with SharePoint Online site administration, including permissions, document libraries, and content organization.
- Maintain OneDrive for Business configuration, provide access support, and assist with file recovery.
- Help manage Microsoft Teams administration, including channels and collaboration spaces.
- Monitor service health and troubleshoot user issues within M365 collaboration services.
- Maintain Github, DevOps, and CoPilot Agent infrastructure.
- Assist with governance activities, such as naming standards, lifecycle management, and information management practices.
- Work with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to support compliance and secure collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
- Support onboarding and maintenance for collaboration solutions across 150 meeting spaces.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace solutions.
- Ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or PowerShell is an asset.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles is an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, AB (Head Office).
- Term: 4 months, starting May 2027.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Modality: On-site.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
