About the role#
This role involves supporting daily operations through task delegation and team coordination. You will assist with scheduling, oversee task completion, and help train staff on job duties and customer service standards. This position requires a mix of technical ability and interpersonal skills to work both independently and within a team.
What you'll do#
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members.
- Oversee the completion of assigned work.
- Train and guide staff on job duties and customer service.
- Prepare necessary documents and materials.
- Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations.
- Communicate work status updates to your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at Cal Poly Pomona.
- Second year or transfer standing in Computer Science or a related major.
- At least 6 months of job-related experience.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and MS Office 365 (classroom experience is accepted).
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong customer service skills.
