About the role#
STR is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within our Sensors, Intelligence, Cyber, Analytics & C2, Systems, Operations, and Corporate Functions teams. This is a full-time, paid internship that focuses on advanced research and development projects in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support research and development projects across various technical teams.
- Collaborate with team members on complex technical challenges.
- Participate in a structured learning environment.
- Submit your resume and application information to be considered for open positions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree program.
- A strong academic record.
- A genuine interest in research.
- U.S. citizenship, as this role requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Cybersecurity.

- Locations: Woburn, Massachusetts; Arlington, Virginia; Melbourne, Florida; San Diego, California; Dayton, Ohio.
