About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Melbourne, Florida. You will work on-site with the software engineering team to support the development of railway signaling platforms.
What you'll do#
- Write and debug code in C, C++, and Python for embedded environments.
- Assist with software and hardware integration.
- Create software requirements and design documentation.
- Test and validate software changes.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
- Develop presentations and take part in learning sessions with company leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Practical experience in software engineering gained during your studies.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
